This is more traditional training with the focus on technique, movement, balance, timing, and strategy. As students progress, there will be more sparring along with learning how and when to throw with efficiency.
** Saturday training, Regular Class and Open Mat, is equivalent to attending a Clinic every Saturday.
Open Mat is for students that attended the Saturday 9:00am training. We typically stay until around 2:00pm.

In order for the Merchant Processing to draft an account or Credit Card every month, they require an agreement, a "Contract", with the owner of the account for authorization.
TO BE VERY CLEAR. The "Contract" is NOT with a 3rd Party like most Martial Arts Schools or Gym Memberships. The "Contract" is with Team Haas Judo Jiu-Jitsu directly. You can review the language of the "Contract" by clicking on the 'Setup Auto-Pay' link at the top of the page.

simple, and effective for all genders and
Our system does not require you to be in great physical condition, it can help, but it is not a requirement to be effective. We learn the true essence of Judo and apply technique with proper body mechanics and proper timing. We emphasize Self Defense and application outside the Dojo, but can easily train anyone who wants to compete.
: Our techniques are built on
the foundation of physics, body mechanics, and technical timing. If a
technique is not working for you, we look at these aspects to
resolve the problem, not tell you that you need to do more push ups or
run more miles. Because of this,
we are able to practice, fight, and apply true Judo principals at an
older age. Our
class ages range from junior high students to folks in their 50's, and
